PB Café opened in 2021 as the natural next step in the Perky Beans story — because great coffee deserves an equally great meal to go with it. From the very first day, the goal was simple: a relaxed, welcoming dining room where everything on the plate is made from scratch, the atmosphere feels comfortable enough to linger, and every guest leaves fuller and happier than when they walked in. Families, professionals, weekend brunch crowds, and everyone in between have made this their go-to spot in Leander, and we don’t take that lightly.

The menu spans breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner — all prepared fresh in our scratch kitchen with quality ingredients and recipes worth coming back for. Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Sandwich — grilled chicken, teriyaki glaze, caramelized pineapple, crisp lettuce, sriracha aioli on brioche bun. Served with fries or house salad. Sub sweet potato fries or onion rings +$2.75. $14.99.
Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta — grilled chicken + pasta in lemon basil cream sauce, garlic parmesan, fresh basil, lemon zest. June only.
Golden Brioche French Toast — topped with a warm cinnamon peach compote, finished with powdered sugar and a dollop of vanilla ice cream. Only available in June—a great way to start the summer! (sorry, dine-in only)

This is our go to when we just want to go and enjoy some delicious food and great service!! We’ve been enjoying both the coffee shop and cafe for years now. We always leave happy and full. Their homemade berry jam is the best, so much so I ask them to bottle it up every visit. What are you waiting for, go eat!

The food was delicious, server was great, and everything was quick. Love it, will definitely be back! I had the biscuits and gravy, I forgot what the other 2 dishes are that my mom and sister had as this was a few weeks ago. Also like coming to the drive through occassionally for some tasty coffee and a pup cup for my dog!

This place has the most delicious pot roast that literally melts in your mouth! The meatloaf was so good with the tangy sauce and I love the homemade mashed potatoes. My husband got the pastrami sandwich and it’s one of the best pastrami sandwiches I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!
